YOGA FOR ATHLETES

For peak performance and to avoid injuries we require a balance of

strength and mobility, combined with a high level of body awareness

and the ability to get (and stay) in the zone. This workshop combines

yoga and mindfulness meditation techniques to help you

get the most out of yourself.

Melissa teaches yin and flow yoga at some of Melbourne’s best yoga

studios.  A mum of two with a running and triathlon background she has

a passion for bringing mindfulness and yoga to athletes and busy

type-A personalities.  She has worked with organisations including

Melbourne Victory Football Club, White Night Melbourne and lululemon
