Using our NEW band grading system, we have designed the perfect 6 week challenge that will keep you committed and motivated as you ride your way to a stronger and leaner YOU!

So whats the new band grading system?

Well, knowing where your fitness is at and where you want to get to is one of the most important aspects of reaching your fitness goals. Therefore, we have developed a system where each level of fitness is represented by a different coloured band. Having this as our fitness measure we can track your progression as you get fitter and stronger with every class you do! See our grading system below;

6 week challenge time!

To take on our 6 week challenge and make the most of our band grading system, we have developed a $30 a week direct debit membership for a minimum term of 6 weeks! That means;

– Unlimited weekly cycling classes
– FREE fitness testing and initial fitness consultation
