Cycling is my passion! Starting from my teenage years, I’ve competed in road races, track, criteriums and mountain biking. I love the thrill of racing, the tactics – both physical and physiological, and riding in a team. Since finishing my Bachelor of Human Movement and Exercise Science, I have strived to encourage others to discover the brilliant world of cycling.
How long have you been teaching?
During my studies I ran the indoor and track cycling nights at Coburg Cycling Club, then began running the spin classes at my local gym.
What excites you about the AOC?
Because it’s fantastic! Art of Cycling use WattBikes, which are the best indoor trainer you can get! This helps me measure your performance and focus in on areas of improvements!
What can we expect from your classes?
My classes will challenge and encourage you to get the most out of yourself in order to achieve maximum results fast!
What’s a personal fitness goal of yours?
My main goal is to get back into some competitive cycling and race the A grade criterium races this summer. Then I am looking at completing some half Ironman races next year.
