How long have you been teaching?
I did my first cycle class at 15. Two years later I was teaching and I have not looked back.
What excites you about the AOC?
Teaching on a watt bike and having great technology to support training beginner to elite.
What can we expect from your classes?
Expect a workout full of personality, fun and motivating tunes. Challenges for each rider to push their limits, and get the most out of each session, whilst striving for personal goals.
What’s a personal fitness goal of yours?
After surgery on my legs last year my goal was to rebuild my body stronger than ever. I am aiming to get back on the start line for ironman 70.3 this year. From there I want to qualify for Kona or xterra world champs. Any excuse to go to Hawaii.
