Never been to an indoor spin class before?
Don’t worry, our team will make it simple for you to get going. Instructors will help you get setup on the bike and instruct you through one of our classes. You will be able to train as hard or as easy as you need to while you’re getting familiar with the bike and the instructions.
You can either come to the studio or you can sign up for a class by clicking the below Book a Ride button.
Find the class that suits you and away you go.
When you arrive for your first class, let the front desk know it’s your first time and we’ll be happy to help you out. We’ll also email you additional information that will make your experience comfortable, easy and fun. We will fit you for your bike to make sure you get the best out of your legs and to keep you safe.
Do I have to be in great shape to come to an art of cycling class?
No. Anyone can benefit from riding with us. It is a low impact workout that allows you to go at your own pace by controlling the resistance on your bike. You will be encouraged to push yourself, but are always in control of your own workout. If you are concerned about taking a class due to a physical condition, consult your physician before taking a class for the first time.
What should I wear?
We recommend bike shoes and comfortable workout attire, including padded bicycle shorts. Loose fitting long pants are not recommended as they could get caught in the pedals. Think crops or shorts & a tank top!
DO I NEED TO WEAR CYCLING SHOES – WHY?
Cycling shoes enable you to get a greater workout. Being clipped into the pedals allows you to make more powerful strokes – pulling up on the pedals to work your hamstrings and feel stronger overall. You can bring your own shoes (we cater for most types of pedals, just ask us before you ride). You can also wear trainers during riding for your first time, and we recommend that if you are riding regularly that you consider getting cycling shoes to support riding. We can recommend a pair for you.
